Comprehensive information resources, including the on-line Career Services Manager (CSM) which contains the document library.
COUNSELLING
Individual counselling sessions throughout law school that help students apply and build upon the information and skills learned in group sessions.

Our Career Management Plan was designed here at Queen’s Law with feedback from students and alumni. This resource provides you with an overview of the steps that you need to consider from a career perspective for each year of the program.
The theme for 1L is Self-Assessment and Career Exploration. This means that our goals in first year are to have you reflect on your values, interests, personality, and strengths and begin to explore the variety of career options available to you in law and beyond.
The theme for 2L is Job Search and Network Building. This reflects the growing number of opportunities available to students through formal recruitment processes, individual job postings, and greater employer engagement with students conducting self-driven job searches.
The theme for 3L is Refining Long-Term Goals and Preparing for Experiences After Law School. This includes students formally preparing for lawyer licensing processes and longer-term career planning.
