Former Queen’s Law Dean turns online experience to Alberta’s advantage

Bill Flanagan, former Dean of Queen’s Law, has begun his term as President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Alberta. Standing beside the Sweetgrass Bear sculpture on the U of A campus, he is proudly wearing a gift from the Queen’s Law Dean’s Council and its Chair, David Sharpe, Law’95. The gift, a Manitobah Blanket by Pendleton Canada, reflects the commitment of Queen’s Law and the U of A to truth and reconciliation and indigenization.
